Architecture Requirements & Forms

Villa De Las Palmas has established guidelines for any alterations to the building, whether internal or external.

This encompasses all construction projects and the replacement of doors, windows, and other structural components, all of which necessitate approvals from the board. Additional requirements are outlined in detail with our HOA rules & regulations and our CCRs.

To initiate any architectural changes, please utilize the Architectural change form in this folder. Once completed, kindly return it to the property manager for scheduling a review during the upcoming HOA meeting. It is imperative for owners to refrain from ordering, commencing, or scheduling any construction activities prior to obtaining board approval.

Furthermore, owners bear full responsibility for any property damage or financial liabilities incurred by the contractor.
